How to hack Windows XP on laptop and PC

This is how to correctly hack a windows xp account on laptop. BTW this really is not a hack, just a method of breaking into someones PC or laptop. Some laptops, like acer and dell this will not work becuase they setup the accounts to never show the main admin with the net user command.
